Today we learnt about Mental Health Awareness Day! We talked all about different feelings and watched a clip from Inside Out to help us. After this we talked about how to use our worry box and who to talk to if we were worried (our network hands). We also talked about what happens to our body when we are worried and what helps us to feel relaxed when we are worried. What makes you feel relaxed?

    I told my mummy what we have been doing. I’m going to play with play doh to help me relax.
